Annual Scholarship Award

Our annual scholarship award for Sickle Cell individuals who, in spite of the challenges they face, are determined to achieve their academic goals in college.

For over a decade, we’ve been supporting students with sickle cell by giving them the opportunity and incentive to pursue higher education and succeed in their educational career and in life.

These scholarships are made possible through the late Daniel Robert Lucas (1975-2005) with the help of his family.

If you are a student with sickle cell, consider expressing interest in our scholarship to win money to cover part of your college/university tuition. The interest form is due September 30, 2021 11:59PM.

Please consider donating to the scholarship fund to support young individuals with sickle cell anemia. The money allows these students to pursue higher education in spite of their health condition(s).
